Paid reports are offered on every profile. Each facility page shows the report's coverage class before you reserve — Standard Facility Benchmark, Limited Facility Benchmark, Peer Benchmark Only, Historical Facility Benchmark, or the Indian Health Public Record and Reimbursement Context Brief — with a count of the facility measures the public record carries. Each class states its own scope; a page-count promise applies only to classes that deliver it. Thin public data is never a decline reason: measures the record does not carry become findings in the report, stated as such; a Peer Benchmark Only record receives the peer picture plus a source-coverage inventory, with no facility-specific financial interpretation. The Historical Facility Benchmark benchmarks a terminated CCN in the record's own contemporaneous peer year and says so on every exhibit. A reservation is a request, not a purchase; we invoice after it, and no payment details are collected on this site.

The Board Briefing is delivered within 2 business days of invoice. Performance Benchmark Reports are delivered within 30 days of coverage confirmation; Founding Edition orders follow the same window from confirmation. Delivery is electronic, to the email on the order.

You may cancel any order at no charge before delivery begins. And the standing guarantee: if we cannot deliver the published scope for your facility, you pay nothing — a full refund if payment was already made. Reports are built from public sources; where the sources cannot support the scope, the answer is a refund, never a thinner report quietly delivered.

Paid reports are built from public sources; no client data is required, and anything you volunteer is used only to fulfill your order (see privacy). Reports are descriptive analysis of public sources — as filed or published, never audited — and are not legal, clinical, investment, or reimbursement advice. Figures are attributable to their public sources; conclusions are Astrelis's reading of them.
