Find a physician. See what Medicare paid, what industry paid, and where they practice.
1,751,543 physicians and other clinicians who bill Medicare Part B or appear on the Care Compare clinician roster, listed by state, then by group, system or affiliated facility, then by name. Each clinician's panel shows 2024 Medicare utilization (beneficiaries, services, allowed and paid, the ten services by volume), 2025 Open Payments (total, records, the companies paying most), facility affiliations linked to their Atlas profiles, and the clinician quality measures CMS publishes. A figure CMS withholds prints as suppressed, never as zero. Nothing loads until you choose a state.

How this page is built
One panel per NPI, individuals only: every clinician on the Care Compare roster, in its affiliation or quality files, or with a 2024 Medicare Part B line of 11 or more beneficiaries. Identity, specialty and practice location come from the Care Compare roster first, then the Medicare file, then NPPES; the panel says which. A clinician sits under every Care Compare group they belong to; with no group, under each facility they are affiliated with; with neither, under "no organization listed". Facility names are the site's own: the Atlas profile where the CCN has one, else the CMS identity of record (41,034 affiliated facilities: 33,810 with a profile, 5,033 named without one, 2,191 kept as a number). Medicare per-service allowed and paid totals are services times the published average, an Astrelis calculation; every other figure is as published. Open Payments general totals are summed from the record-level file by NPI; CMS publishes no small-cell suppression there.
